The interiors have retained the Paris bistro feel, evoking an intimate, charming sensation that gets elevated by a menu of traditional dishes made using the freshest, finest ingredients, not to mention an impressive drinks program that will fuel fabulous memories with your fellow weekend warriors.

Chez Francis reps a ton of history despite having recently opened. The space itself was originally La Brasserie, and the famed Brasserie Les Halles, which called the late, great Anthony Bourdain its Executive Chef.

It's even still helmed by the same owner Francis Staub, whose position as the founder of Staub cookware gives him ample insight into the culinary industry, especially with the help of hospitality guru Sebastien Muller of Le District & Bar A Vin.
