Cousins Oliver Rivera and Juan Gomez had worked with Restauranteur Aron Watman for several years in his bars and restaurants across the city, including The Folly in Soho. When Juan and Oliver shared their idea for Cena, Aron jumped on board and together, the three of them made this hotspot the beloved locale it is today.
