Grab your $35 Ticket (a $49 value) for admission The 11th Annual Cassoulet Cook Off where French traditions meet New England baked beans, Texas bbq brisked burnt ends and beans, California hippie vegetarian beans casserole, and many other chef driven styles!

As you enjoy over 10 cassoulet creations from the city's top chefs including Chef Jesse Jones (Pig Island's 2018 Best In Show Winner), complement your feast with a selection of craft beers, artisanal ciders and local spirits.

There's no better place to experience it all than at Biba, a mountain lodge-like venue with weathered wood beams, and an outdoor patio offering sweeping views of the East River.

From Food Karma Projects, producers of the annually sold-out Pig Island, Brisket King & CiderFeast, comes The 11th Annual Cassoulet Cook Off; a mouthwatering festival uniting all the things we love about winter - and then some!

This year's Cassoulet Cook Off will take place at Biba Williamsburg, a craftsman-style venue with rustic charms and river views aplenty. Explore the venue as you enjoy endless sips and bites, accompanied by live music and crisp seasonal vibes.

Explore the iconic Southern French dish where meat, white beans, tomato paste, onions and more are all slow-cooked in its eponymous earthenware crock to create the ultimate comfort food.

On the menu: creations from Alana Szemer (2 time Cassoulet winner), stews by Art of Eating's Cathy Erway and of course, a selection of treats from Jimmy's 43! Plus, there will even be a special cheese cassoulet from The Cheese Project!

The afternoon will be hosted by Lew Bryson (author of Tasting Whiskey) who will curate the whiskeys, spirits and celebrity media judges who will have their say in crowning The Cassoulet King or Queen of New York City!

According to The Cassoulet Cook Off's Founder, Jimmy Carbone: "Cassoulet used to be for people over 50; now, with hot gastro-teques like Dirty French popping up, the crowd has gotten considerably younger. Cassoulet is trendy..." We couldn't agree with you more Jimmy...
