Winter calls for the internal flames to be stoked, namely with the help of bold wines, rustic hideaways, and the ultimate comforting dish - a traditional French cassoulet! The 12th Annual Cassoulet Cook Off Food & Drink Festival returns for another year of gluttonous delight from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday January 25, 2020!

Grab your $35 Ticket (a $60 value) for admission to this foodie fête, where the canvas of the traditional cassoulet gets a glamorous makeover as celebrity chefs infuse their own spins to update the authentic dish.

As you tuck into 10+ unique creations from the city's top chefs - including Goose & Lamb Sausage Cassoulet from Bretton Scott (The Waverly Inn), and Duck Cassoulet by Award-Winning Chef Matthew Worgul of Gentle Giant Barbecue - balance each bite with a selection of craft beers, artisanal ciders, and local spirits curated by writer Forbes Magazine's Brad Japhe.

Picture yourself filling up on scrumptious concoctions while sipping New York's very own 1947 Premium Larger, Singha Pale Ale and Romilly Cider, just to name a few, all within the mountain lodge-like venue that is Bib of Williamsburg on the waterfront, giving you river views and vibes aplenty.

Cheers, and bon appetite! This warming wintertime excursion for the palate will not cassou-let you down...

Experience the perfect winter adventure curated by Food Karma Projects - producers of the annually sold-out Pig Island & Charcuterie Masters - at this all-inclusive festival uniting the season's most mouthwatering flavors.

Enjoy endless sips accompanied by live music and crisp wintry feels ideal for enjoying cassoulet - an iconic Southern-French dish that involves various combinations of meats, beans, roasted vegetables and more, all slow-cooked to perfection - plus Confit Potatoes, Cheese, Hot sauce, Mochi, and then some!

At the end of the extravaganza, you and a panel of celebrity judges (hello, Eater NY Editor Serena Dai, and Director of Test Kitchen at Saveur Kat Craddock) will serve up awards to determine who is the cassoulet king or queen.

On the roster is French Culinary Institute-alum Betty Kalin, BBQ veteran Jared Male of Randall's Barbecue, Second Avenue icon East Village Meat Market - the list goes on!

Come hungry, eat happily, and cheers to a sublimely seasonal Saturday well spent...
