Italy's unrivaled allure beckons, and NoMad's newly minted gem, Casa Soglia, is ready to answer the call. Nestled within the 5 Star Rated, ultra-chic Hotel Giraffe, this sophisticated locale merges sumptuous cuisine with decadent drinks and elegance aplenty - it's simply magnifico!

Grab your $95 pulse (a $194 value) for a 3 Course Dinner For Two that includes 1 Appetizer, 2 Entrees, 1 Dessert, and 2 Cocktails or Glasses of Red, White, or Sparkling Wines.

Owner Gerardo Soglia (who helms multiple restaurants in Italy as well) has gone to great lengths to spread the culture of authentic Italian food. In addition to fresh ingredients sourced daily & locally, Soglia also imports certain elements directly from Italy to ensure the flavors pay homage to the culture & the beloved culinary style - with a New York City twist, of course!

Begin with a Campari Spritz as you devour Bianco Di Capesante, aka lightly cooked scallops with red onion, lemongrass, and coconut milk, followed by Filetto Di Manzo Casa Soglia, a juicy beef fillet garnished with lavish gold foil, not to mention the Tortelli Al Tartufo comprised of veal filled tortelli, Montasio cheese fonduta, and black truffle.

Wrap up this epicurean festa with some of Casa Soglia’s signature Tre Cioccolati - a drool-worthy triple chocolate cube. Divine in every way...

Just steps from Madison Square Park, Casa Soglia is an ode to the glory of Italy, both its cuisine and culture, all while being encased in a chic, sophisticated setting. You'll enter the coveted Hotel Giraffe and find this hidden gem frequented by in-the-know gourmands who crave a taste of Italia minus the airfare.

Owner Gerardo Soglia fell in love with NYC when he attended NYU in 1992. He executes every aspect of this jewel perfectly. He assiduously seeks out the rarest ingredients to create delicate yet exciting touches to classic dishes, infusing them with originality and character.

His meticulous, passionate approach has led Soglia to select the best ingredients to create unique gastronomic presentations. When he designs the menu, it's done in Italy. The executive chefs at the Italian locales then travel to NYC in order to train the chefs at Casa Soglia and transfer their know how.

The spot's ethos is all about culinary excellence as an art form. There is a spirit of authenticity, creativity and innovation that distinguishes this Italian fare oasis to its competitors. In Italy, eating is much more than the simple satisfaction of a primary need: it is a ritual in between the religious and the social; eating and drinking represent the pinnacle of the sharing concept.

Everything starts with the raw materials, which contain infinite possibilities: the chef’s job is to blend them until they acquire a soul. As you sip on glasses of radiant red vino, dive into refreshing Caprese Di Bufala to start, moving on to Branzino with an oyster emulsion, or the Agnello Ai Pistacchi, a breadcrumbed lamb loin with pistachios, sherry sauce, and baked potatoes.

Wrap it all up with Venetian Tiramisu - it's the best way to end things on a sweet note...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.

Your $95 3 Course Dinner For Two (a $194 value) Includes:

Casa Soglia gets a sensational 5 stars on Yelp from reviews including:

  • "Big fan. A chic Italian vibe. Mostly everything in it is imported from Italy. It just...feels right. Great ambiance. Service throughout was excellent. Food: so good and so interesting, I'd call it an upscale Italian culinary experience. Pasta was cooked perfectly. The meats and breads were ridiculously good. I only really take the time to write about places I truly enjoy and this hit the trifecta of vibe, service and food and thus here I am, telling you to find this gem and explore their menu - check it out!"

  • "I wanted to try another new Italian so we visited Casa Soglia. Casa Soglia is an attractive new restaurant on Park Avenue South. The dining room is very attractive, and all of the touches and accents are very nice. The servers were polite and professional. We both ordered the Insalata Venezia to start. It was very tasty. Ordered Branzino and Pork Filet. Very tasty."

  • "Great authentic Italian meal in NYC - all of the pastas sounded amazing so I was having trouble deciding but I ended up picking the duck ragu - so glad I did as it was phenomenal. My daughter had the carbonara which she also enjoyed. Definitely a spot worth trying!"
