The brainchild of visionary brothers Andrea and Daniele Vetrugno, Cantiere Hambirreria launched in Lecce in 2017 and quickly expanded to Milan before making its way to Manhattan. Expect rich red wines & bubbly brews paired with elegant yet jaw-droppingly-decadent dishes, from the dreamy Italian Lasagna (layered with meat ragù, béchamel, mozzarella, and tomato) to the Salentino Burger, a decadent stack of prime beef, creamy burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, and EVOO.
