A one-of-a-kind concept crafted by the inventive minds of brothers Andrea and Daniele Vetrugno, Cantiere Hambirreria first emerged in Lecce, Italy in 2017. Coming off of it's blockbuster success, it has expanded to Milan and Manhattan, earning a spot on Eater's list of "15 Standout Spots in Nolita."
Italian culinary passion meets American indulgence & Manhattan energy, translating into wow-inducing dishes like The BEC (Bacon, Egg, Cheese) repping fresh avocado, smoked salmon, a fried egg, chives tomatoes, capocollo, and stracciatella.
