Helmed by the Galatoulas family, Burgerology opened to blockbuster success, leading to the opening of 7 locations, each one serving up sensational nosh that's both Instagram-able & delectable. The drinks will also impress, namely craft cocktails and the milkshakes - we love the Ultimate Black & White with vanilla & chocolate ice cream, crushed black & white cookies, a black & white cookie on top, homemade whipped cream, & chocolate syrup.
Their infamous burgers use USDA Prime beef, the top beef sourced around the country (also used in spots like Smith & Wollensky and Peter Luger), so sink your teeth into a Mac Attack that adds bacon & a heavy dose of mac & cheese to the juicy patty, stacked between a homemade pretzel bun, or the Electron, which reps a bacon-infused patty, bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and house sauce.
If burgers aren't your jam, have no fear - the French Dip Sandwich is a dream with house-cooked roast beef, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, crispy onions, and horseradish cream sauce on rosemary focaccia, while the Taco Salad Bowl shines thanks to a flour tortilla bowl, romaine, black beans, sweet corn, avocado, pico de gallo, spicy chicken, and an avocado-yogurt dressing.

Burgerology is a family-affair. Owner Eddie Galatoulas, his wife, Georgia, and his kids Maria and John, as well as his sister & Vice President Maria, infuse the restaurant with cozy feels and collaborative vibes, giving you equal parts a transportive feast and a home-away-from-home that translates in the comforting, creative nature of the menu.
Soak in the atmosphere and marvel at stunning interiors, from 80-foot ceilings with cascading chandeliers to glass garage doors that let in floods of natural light. You'll also adore the modern scientific laboratory heme, which alludes to the precise measurements and innovative use of top notch ingredients.
Every morsel is made fresh in-house daily, especially the famed beef patties that use USDA Prime Beef, the same used in luxurious steakhouses. The highest quality meats, the fluffiest buns, the freshest produce, handmade sauces, and the like will comprise your feast, not to mention cocktails, wine, beers, and their signature over-the-top milkshakes!
Sip on a Green Gravity milkshake (mint chip ice cream, fudge brownie chunks, chocolate syrup, fudge brownie topping, homemade whipped cream, chocolate syrup) while you devour the Fusion Burger with spicy Asian slaw, pickled jalapeños, spicy mayo, cilantro, and sesame seeds, or the Proton with roasted portabello, gruyere cheese, lettuce, and truffle mayo.
Other menu standouts include sandwiches like the Nashville Hot layered with buttermilk fried chicken, Nashville hot sauce, coleslaw, and comeback sauce on a torta bun, as well as salads, namely the dazzling Cobb Salad with chopped romaine, grilled chicken, a hard-boiled egg, bacon, tomato, crumbled blue cheese, red onion, avocado, and a choice of dressing.
