The fun kicks off with a refreshing Champagne toast to get you in the "spirit" of this unique evening. Guests will shake, stir, blend, and create 3 distinct craft Tiki drinks.
Start off with a Mai Tai, move onto a Piña Colada, and finally the mixologist's choice of a Blue Hawaiian, Hurricane, Zombie, Navy Grog, Painkiller, Planter's Punch, or Singapore Sling!
You'll work with fresh tropical ingredients and premium Rums from around the world, and after completing your liquid creations, complement their deliciously potent flavors with dishes like hearty Sliders, delectable Wings, and more.

The crowning jewel of the wildly successful Pig & Whistle Hospitality Group and an utterly astonishing building to behold, Broadstone Bar & Kitchen is credited with revitalizing the Financial District's dining and nightlife since its conception in 2016.
The storied Beaux-Arts-style building that houses Broadstone is owned by the descendants of John Jay, aka one of the Founding Fathers. The updated decor retains the Old New York charm, leveled up with natural light that pours in through French-door balconies on all three expansive floors. Chief Mixologist Steve Post's resume reps years spent at some of the most well-known spots in the city, including The Up & Up (Esquire's Best Bars in America), and Bourbon & Branch (GQ Magazine's Top 10 Whiskey Bars in the US), among others.
Post's brilliance will be passed unto thirsty attendees, focusing efforts on concocting 3 sumptuous Tiki-style cocktails from scratch. Get the inside scoop on properly crafting Mai Tais, Piña Coladas, and more using the finest spirits such as Brugal Rum, Goslings Rum, and Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof Rum, just to name a few.
You'll pick up some bartending tips & insider secrets, from how to select the right glassware and measuring how-tos, to pouring, serving and garnishing your drinks—essentially, the perfect excuse to show off at your next dinner party!
Once you've shaken and stirred your way to mixology greatness, enjoy your hard earned libations with a selection of tasty foods such as Mac 'n Cheese Bites, steamy flatbread, and heavily stacked Sliders from Broadstone's masterful Executive Chef.
