Kick off the evening's liquid agenda with a welcome Champagne toast, followed by a lesson revealing all the tricks of the trade, using your newfound skills and knowledge to make three classic, crisp cocktails: a Margarita, a Vesper, and a Rob Roy.

The crowning jewel of the wildly successful Pig & Whistle Hospitality Group and an utterly astonishing building to behold, Broadstone Bar & Kitchen is credited with revitalizing the Financial District's dining and nightlife since its conception in 2016.
The stories Beaux-Arts-style building is owned by the descendants of John Jay, aka one of the Founding Fathers. The updated decor retains the Old New York charm, leveled up with natural light that pours in through French-door balconies on all three expansive floors. Broadstone's Chief Mixologist Steve Post will walk you through making 3 essential and inherently cool cocktails from scratch. Post's resume boasts years spent at some of the most well-known spots in the city, including The Up & Up (Esquire's Best Bars in America), Bourbon & Branch (GQ Magazine's Top 10 Whiskey Bars in the US) among others.
You'll pick up some bartending secret tips and insider secrets, from how to select the right glassware and measuring how-tos, to pouring, serving and garnishing your drinks—essentially, the perfect excuse to show off at your next dinner party.
Balance great drinks with equally fantastic fare. On the food menu, you'll find Flatbreads laden with various mouthwatering toppings, glorious Mac 'n Cheese Bites, meaty Wings, and perfectly stacked Sliders to pair with your creations.
