We're talking Ruben Santana of Bark Barbecue at Time Out Market, Sean Keever of Big Guns BBQ, Mario Chape of Big Papa Smoke ‘M, Leland Avellino of the Avellino Family BBQ in Connecticut, and past winners like Richie Holmes of Juicy Lucy BBQ will return to uphold their title of being the best in brisket!
