Bread and Stone serves up the greatest hits of Italian cuisine. The founders, including Restauranteur Zach Neil (Beetle House) spent two years visiting & dining in 100+ of the most celebrated Italian restaurants, all in the pursuit of finding the best of the best. The end result was the creation of Bread and Stone, a cozy, celebratory, romantic haven.
As you swoon over a dreamy glass of red wine, begin with the Focaccia Con Marmellata (house made focaccia, rosemary toasted pistachio apricot jam, herbed honey butter, house garlic confit), moving on to the Tartufo di Parmigiano Pizza with black truffle essence & balsamic fig drizzle.
The fare is abundant, so dive into a bowl of Manzo alla Bolognese repping tender beef, slow-cooked for hours with fresh herbs, garlic, wine, and spices over pappardelle, not to mention the Gnocchi With Pesto - delish!

Full of love, passion, and upscale feels, the gem is the work of industry pros Zach Neil and Tim O’Grady, as well as award-winning cocktail connoisseur Gia Farrell of Beetle House fame. Everything is handmade, from the superb pasta to the wood-fired pizzas cooked by 6th-generation Sicilian pizzaiolo Guiseppe Ronaldi, in a custom oven comprised of 25,000-year-old stones.
Let a masterfully mixed Zio Stefano’s Negroni heighten the bliss you'll discover in the Cesare di Bruxelles, aka warm shaved Brussel spouts with lemon, olive oil, fresh herbs, pistachio, cranberries, caramelized onion, house made Caesar dressing, crispy Parmesan, and focaccia crouton dust.
Next up, the blistering, bubbling goodness of the Margherita Classica Pizza, made using Peroni beer, ten-hour marinara, fresh mozzarella, garden basil, sea salt, and a sweet herb butter crust. Come time for pasta, the Bucatini al Pomodoro con Burrata shines with its ensemble of shallots, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, and burrata on top - simply divine!
