You'll savor Chef Frederick Piccarello's innovations (The Park, Sign of the Dove) - aka traditional French recipes with contemporary riffs, namely the Burger Saint Marc, loaded with mushrooms, sweet vidalia caramelized onions, engulfed in the chef's cheese blend and drenched in broth, served with beer battered onion rings.
