Warm up this winter with one of the coziest, most versatile dishes at The 2020 Bowl of 'Zole Food & Drink Festival - a chef-driven celebration of pozole stews in their finest form, leveled up with mezcal & spirit tastings that make this a full circle fiesta of flavors taking place from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday February 29, 2020.

Grab your $35 Ticket (a $60 value) for admission to this foodie fête, where the canvas of the traditional pozole gets an updated, contemporary makeover as all-star chefs infuse their own twists and turns into this signature bowl of deliciousness.

Savor 10+ sumptuous variations of Pozoles from the city's top chefs - like Michelin-Starred Cosme Aguilar of Casa Enrique; Luis Arce Mota whose resume includes the Cordon Bleu in Paris, Bouley, Carmine’s, & Union Square Café; and Ivan Garcia of Mesa Coyoacan, recognized with the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand for six years in a row - and that's just a sneak peak of the names on the lineup.

The event will feature 50+ distinct bottles of mezcal to balance each bite, namely Mezcal Wahaka, Espiritu Lauro, Tequila Ocho and then some, alongside, craft beers, artisanal ciders, and other spirits curated by mezcal aficionado Arik Torren & Chef Danny Mena, formerly of Blue Hill and The Modern.

Poz-olé your way through utter and complete indulgence - a bacchanal magnífico...

Make your way to the rustic Biba of Williamsburg's craftsman-style digs - full of charm and remnants of the city's industrial past - to experience incredible skyline & river views; but mostly to savor The 2020 Bowl of 'Zole, which gathers like-minded epicureans for endless drinks, eats, and unforgettable vibes!

This perfect winter adventure is put together by Food Karma Projects - producers of the annually sold-out Pig Island & Charcuterie Masters - all-inclusive festivals uniting cultural classics with gourmet sensibilities.

Wintry feels, endless sips, and live music are the ideal mixture for delighting in pozole - a traditional stew from Mexican cuisine made with hominy, meat, and can be seasoned and garnished as you please.

Chefs will put their creativity to the test - New York Times & Forbes-acclaimed Chef Ivy Stark of Casa Bocado, in addition to elBulli & Nobu-alum Fernando Nevas of Balvanera, plus Chai Trivedi of Indigo Williamsburg, Kimpton Eventi Hotel, and Tamarind, among others, are set to heat things up.

And with a staggering amount of mezcals, spirits, ciders, wines, beers, and other sips ready and waiting, there's nothing left between you and an incredible Saturday afternoon...
