Velvety hummus acts as the perfect counterpart to crunchy crudité, trailed closely by hearty and lavish entrees, namely the East Medi Bowl loaded with a falafel waffle (yes, a waffle), olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, chickpeas, & mixed greens.
