Owners Francesco Lauroni & Valerio Fuccilo, both born in Italy, have worked in the New York City restaurant industry for over 15 years. After meeting while working together, the two set their ambitions to open their own place, Botte Bar, in Queens. Fast forward to now, and their success has allowed them to open their second location, Botte Brooklyn.
Repping a coveted 5 Star Yelp Rating and the applause of locals, Botte brings a slice of Rome to Brooklyn. Take a stroll from nearby Dumbo, and you'll make your way into this lovely treasure. Pops of red, rich woods, and natural light will put you at ease as you prep for your feast.
Start with sips, choosing between a carafe of classic mixtures like Sangria, Mimosas, and Bellinis, or opting for something new like the Elderflower Spritz, the Raspellini (sparkling rosé, raspberry purée, Fiorente elderflower liqueur), or the Passione (Prosecco, passion fruit purée).
