When Bosie Tea Parlor opened up nearly a decade ago, it gave Pastry Chef Damien Herrgott complete creative freedom to build a menu of macarons, the classic French dessert.

On the tea side, 100 loose-leaf varieties cover every palate imaginable from the simple Earl Grey Creme (delectably creamy Earl Grey blended with cornflowers) to the more complex flavors of the After Eight (fruity rooibos blended with mint and real chocolate pieces).

Tucked away on the beautiful Morton Street in the West Village is a quaint, cozy and most welcoming tea parlor that is not to be underestimated.
A dream team of owners Nicky Dawda & Kiley Holliday, and Pastry Chef Damien Herrgott (Executive Pastry Chef, Bouley) have all been involved since Bosie's inception; while the years have gone by, the mission has remained the same - to bring a taste of Paris to New York City.
Chef Herrgott is the epitome of a French pastry chef - meticulous in his style, flavor focused and joyful in experimentation. The result: macaron flavors that are unique, but not gimmicky that always have the ideal cookie-to-filling ratio.
