Drink up, get your forks ready, and head on down to Bosco, whose Mexican-fusion fare combines comfort food with innovation for weekend culinary greatness you're sure to adore. And if you don't believe us, take it from the likes of the critics at Eater & The New York Times!

Bosco is the brainchild of the team behind the popular Tara Rose on 3rd Avenue, a buzzy local hangout. Owner Kevin Doherty brings his passion for inventive cocktails and personalized guest experiences to this Bleecker Street outpost, named in homage of the iconic Mario Bosco delicatessen that was once located on Bleecker Street.

Sharing a nod to the legacy of the neighborhood with a bold identity, Bosco pulls inspiration from modern Irish, Mexican, and American culture. And with the help of acclaimed & Michelin-starred restaurant trained Chef Alan Delgado (Oxomoco, Xilonen), your taste buds are in for a real treat!

The drinks will flow, namely effervescent bubble fusions like Mimosas, or get lost in the sumptuous savory sip that is the Aperol Spritz, made as strong as you can handle!

Next up, sink your teeth into the Texan Hash - brisket, crispy potatoes, charred anaheim, peppers, onions, topped with a fried egg . If you're a brunch traditionalist, the Bosco Breakfast (fried eggs, toast, bacon, crispy home fries) is a great pick, but we can't help but drool over Fish Tacos (old bay mayo, cabbage slaw, pico de gallo).

Who needs work-week stresses when you can swig & devour indulgently...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full brunch menu
