This sprawling jewel's Executive Chef Brando De Oliveira (Fiorello) infuses the culinary traditions of his native Bologna, Italy heritage into every dish. He'll treat you to a feast of indulgence, starting with succulent Short Rib Meatballs, followed by entrees like Orecchiette With Summer Truffle, or the Branzino Al Forno with spinach limone.
