As you sip on multiple wine pairings throughout, you'll devour plates like Scallop Ceviche and Wagyu Empanadas, not to mention Pork Belly Bao stuffed with bumbu spice, spicy mayo, pickled cucumbers, herbs. You'll also adore the Mee Goreng with fresh egg noodles, vegetables, chile crisp, herby fried egg, and a choice of beef, chicken or shrimp.

Bohemia is a new and exclusive dining and nightlife destination serving bold, inventive plates by New Zealand-born Chef Anthony Hoy Fong. The menu is inspired by the intoxicating flavors of Southeast Asia’s bustling street-food scene.
As the catalyst to an unforgettable New Year's Eve, you'll make your first stop here to fill up on delectable nosh. To start, you'll divine over a glass of vino paired with Scallop Ceviche (salmon roe, leche de jaguar, chile, charcoal salt) and Wagyu Empanadas (beef, Balinese spices, sambal aioli).
