The brainchild of restaurateur Jules Bianciardi (Landmarc Restaurant Tribeca, Benchmarc Restaurant Time Warner Center) and Star Chef Stratos Georgedakis, Wall 88 offers a homey respite from the bustle of Manhattan - with plenty of outdoor seating perfect for the summer season.
The space, menu and ambiance were designed with old school Manhattan in mind. Exposed brick walls, weathered floors and tin ceiling tiles lend the venue a laid-back but stylish feel, while dim lighting and ample seating invite guests to linger over an appealing dinner menu.
Enjoy locally sourced ingredients that elevate crowd-pleasing starters like the refreshing Greek Salad (cucumber, kalamata, feta, grilled cucumber tzatziki) or the Burrata (tomato, pineapple, basil).
For your entree, try the Stout Braised Short Rib that comes over a mound of creamy cheddar grits, or the Pan-Seared Salmon (roasted beets & horseradish). The juicy Pastrami Ribs (smoked baby back ribs, napa cabbage slaw) are also a Stratos Georgedakis signature production!
Libations here take inspiration from both the seasons and the classics; Rose Sangrias, Micheladas and Peach Bellinis are just a few of your choices...
