The menu is divided into three parts, beginning with the 1st Generation honoring the authentic Neapolitan recipes, like the Margherita DOC graced with creamy certified buffala. The 2nd Generation is a staggering tour across Italy, like the Pugliese (mozzarella, fennel sausage, broccolini).
Finally, the 3rd Generation shows off contemporary styles inspired by modern-day Brooklyn; the Funghi e Prosciutto with Pecorino and shiitake is especially divine.
