In an expansive location in Flatiron, a master of whiskeys, scotches, & cheese will guide you through multiple pairings of handcrafted, artisanal cheeses made in-house, alongside 5 scotches or whiskeys curated by the connoisseurs.
The class is held in the Loft room, overlooking the cheesemaking kitchen. You'll get the inside scoop to all the tempting flavors, broadening your palate and giving you the chance to discover what magic these elements can create in unison.
