All of the moves are able to be modified and Jess was really clear both verbally and demonstrating in the middle of the room. It had a nice community feel but the pace was challenging and worked up a SWEAT! I liked that they had sweat towels and some hygiene products available in the bathroom like dry shampoo and lotion! I left the class feeling good and energized for the day."
