When artist Lisa Stefanelli set out to modernize her spacious 1,500 square foot TriBeCa painting studio, she decided the space should reflect another one of her passions: barre exercise.
Stefanelli, a TriBeCa resident, teamed up with seasoned trainer Lisa Grossman, brought on board some of Exhale's best trainers (Annette O'Neill, Lili Cheng) to teach and opened up the neighborhood's first barre studio in 2013.
Fast forward over half a decade, and this roomy, sunlit studio - that boasts custom impact-absorbing floors and original art for an inspiring and uplifting sweat session - continues to attract a trend setting clientele.
The small class size (up to 10 per class) and individualized attention allow you to focus on your progress without any distractions - offering a transformative experience for your mind, body, and spirit!
