Classic Steak & Eggs get an update a lá Huevos A Caballo (fried eggs, skirt steak, papas fritas, fresh chimichurri). Plus, Choripan chorizo sandwiches are stuffed with roasted red pepper, papas & pickles. And the Torrejas Lola - aka brioche soaked in deliciousness and topped with dulce de leche & berries - are a sweet delight.
