Your meal starts with the Gol Goppa (crisp semolina balls dipped in tangy, savory chutney) and ends with Kulfi Ice Cream. In between, you'll savor all your favorite Indian dishes including Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer.
Further, each course will be paired with a delightful cocktail by Simmi Sharma, Badshah's Head Mixologist, whose philosophy results in creations that have Eastern fruits & ingredients which blend effortlessly with your favorite Western cocktails.

Badshah is the fourth venture from esteemed Chef/Restauranteur Abishek Sharma, who has taken the reigns on the family businesses led by his father, Lala Sharma, including acclaimed West Village restaurant Surya, and Swagat on the Upper West Side.
With Badshah, Abishek combines modern energy with the knowledge passed down by his father, who spent years in his native New Delhi at Bukhara, considered one of the 50 best restaurants in the world.
Chef Sharma's Tasting Menu is a whimsical feast comprising 10 different dishes that many find hard to finish. Badshah's culinary team changes the menu often (so as to not bore diners) but the philosophy behind the cooking remains the same - fresh ingredients from the farmers' market along with imported items from India.
The Chef's Tasting Menu offers you a chance to taste some classic dishes, alongside newer creations. The Grandma Goat Curry (baby goat, saffron, and Kashmiri spices) is an example of the former; while the Chargrilled Prawns (prawns in a classic coconut curry sauce) is one of the latter.
Finish your meal with the Kulfi, a frozen dairy dessert originating from the Indian subcontinent, as you sip on your Sassy Lassi (rum, mango lassi, pistachio rim).
