Executive Chef Abishek Sharma draws inspiration from his roots to develop a dazzling array of fare. Born in New Delhi and raised in New York City, Chef Sharma's parents were massively talented chefs, instilling in him a passion for bringing traditional recipes into a new light with modern twists.
Kick off with a dreamy dish of Shrimp Pondicherry (chili garlic onion sauce, toasted brioche), moving on to succulent Chettinad Lamb Chops made in a cardamom & clove masala. Fluffy, fragrant Garlic Naan will also be a palate pleaser, capped with a dessert like Gulab Juman, akin to donuts with Indian influences.

Lest we forget, the Shrimp Curry (mustard seed curry, coconut mint rice, bell peppers) is a symphony of tasting notes, and the Hyderabadi Biryani topped with goat brings new bliss to a carnivorous appetite. Finally, a dessert of Mango Ice Cream will seal the deal.
