Aptly called "chef le plus sexy du monde" by Le Figaro, Franco Noriega grew up savoring the fresh, delectable organic meals as a young swimmer in Peru. "Destined to find a place in the food industry," according to GQ, Noriega's passion for cuisine has resulted in this Manhattan gem.
His inventive riffs on Peruvian staples have catapulted Baby Brasa into the spotlight, being featured by the likes of Food Network, CNN, and Cosmopolitan, among others.
Baby Brasa's bi-level space with indoor plants, neon signs and splashes of pink exude a sunny bohemian vibe that evokes the Peruvian influence. A procession of sangria and mimosas will kickstart the fun, especially when followed by Smoked Salmon Toast served with cream cheese & avocado.
