The menu is the work of Chef Carmine Coppola, a Rome native who brings years of worldly travel & training to the table. His resume includes time spent at hotspots like Cracco in Milan, The Olive Tree in Capri, Romeo in Naples, La Petit Maison in London, and the Michelin Guide pick, Mirazur, in Menton.
His work is further bolstered by the hospitality brilliance of owner Mario Ursumando. With 10+ years international experience at locales like Tarallucci e Vino, Ribalta in New York and Atlanta, as well as Tito in Naples and Sky Garden London, his unique touch adds to the wanderlust & sophistication of your night.
