It's all the work of esteemed restauranteur (and former NYC Mayoral candidate) Peter Guimaraes, whose decades of industry mastery have resulted in beloved gems like Bice Cucina, Blue Smoke, Cafe B., and Dulce. This newest concept combines his love of cuisine and live music, resulting in nights to remember that are classic New York City with a European twist.
As you enter through red velvet curtains, you'll find yourself immersed in an evocative sensation as music & social buzz fill the air. The soft lighting casts a romantic glow on rick wooden tones, emerald seats, and the piano, centered in the room and played by a talented artists who will tame the keys into a beautiful melody.
The menu is best shared, with superstar standouts including the Beef Carpaccio (arugula, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan), the Burrata with Prosciutto di Parma, arugula, and a balsamic reduction, as well as the famed Pinsa Romana, a style of hand-pressed pizza dough that has been a part of Roman artisan baking and cooking for over 100 years.
Bite into a Cinq Fromages Pinsa dressed with mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, fontina, and truffle pecorino, and drink hand-crafted libations like the Spicy Margarita with cucumber & jalapeño infused tequila, not to mention the Espresso Martini repping Stoli vanilla, Kaluha, frangelico, Bailey's, and espresso.
