Fried & Fizzy explores the pairings of two of our favorite food items; fried chicken & Champagne - and other fried foods! While Champagne has a reputation for being a posh drink limited to social gatherings, this event will show you that certainly isn't the case.
The goal of this evening is to make Champagne fun, make you realize that you really don't always need to drink a reserve bottle and show you how to pair the bubbly with the bird! Sommeliers will be on hand to instruct and answer questions; so don't be afraid to ask if you want to know more!
