During the course of the walk-around tasting, Astor Center's sommeliers will be on hand to pour you endless bubbly and answer questions you may have on the pairings.

The elegant neo-Romanesque space hosts carefully curated events designed to broaden your culinary horizons and indulge your senses.
Fried & Fizzy explores the pairings of two of our favorite food items; fried chicken & Champagne - lots of both! While Champagne has a reputation for being a posh drink limited to social gatherings, this event will show you that certainly isn't the case.
The goal of this evening is to make Champagne fun, make you realize that you really don't always need to drink a reserve bottle and show you how to pair the bubbly with the bird! Sommeliers will be on hand to instruct and answer questions; so don't be afraid to ask if you want to know more!
