Beverage Director Sam Mushman is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and his expertise translates perfectly from the moment you read the libation lineup. The wines are divine, while the cocktails sing creativity. We adore the Savoy Sipper (Illegal Mezcal, orange liqueur, Ancho Reyes, pineapple juice) and the Raspberry Old Fashioned with Woodinville Rye or Bourbon, raspberry syrup, and orange bitters.
