Feast on course after indulgent course, bouncing between Seared Diver Scallops (celery root, blood orange, brown butter) and Herb Crusted Lamb Rack (carrots, Japanese sweet potato, shiso infused jus), finalized by dessert such as Pecan Cheesecake with dulce de leche.
