With 15-year restaurant veteran Daniele Maniaci manning the floor, Chef Alessio Rossetti (Blackbarn, SD26) is working busily in the kitchen. The culinary powerhouse trained in Italy and fine-tuned his techniques in upscale restaurants throughout Milan, Monte Carlo, and Switzerland.
