To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma Underground Eats has secured some of the top chefs around for the first-ever large-scale prosciutto bash in NYC: The Prosciutto di Parma Palooza on Thursday 26 September from 630-930pm.
Grab your $75 pulsd ticket (a $100 value) to this exclusive event where tickets for non members of Underground Eats haven't been too easy to come by.
You'll sample a number of outstanding prosciutto dishes, enjoy a 3 hour open bar with Italian Vinissimo wines and specialty cocktails, and learn a thing or two about the aging process and carving techniques by a prosciutto expert!

On September 26 wander through a world of ham heaven at Williamsburg's Wythe Hotel where some of our favorite chefs including Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese Food), Ryan Hardy (Charlie Bird), and Sara Jenkins (Porsena) will create different, unique dishes with one key ingredient in common: prosciutto from the best region on earth.
