Founded in the summer of 2010 by “Lady Chardonnay” (née Sally Blenkey-Tchassova), Burlesque Bikini Bootcamp helps women get in shape while channeling their inner sex goddess. During unique cardio and dance sessions, students build confidence as well as a sleek physique; leg and ab exercises help build strength and muscle tone. But attendees won’t find these fitness classes at their local gym!
While participants can choose to wear basic workout gear, they’re also welcome to sport sexier attire like ruffled panties, fishnets, pearls and bright lipstick. “Everything is done in the spirit of loving your body as it is right now,” says Blenkey-Tchassova of her approach. “Our goal is to play with the idea of working our best assets while on the road to even greater physical fitness.”
