Sailing is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to escape the daily clamor of New York City. That's why we've teamed up with the fantastic folks at Manhattan by Sail to bring you this experience that can be taken thru the fall.
The 1.5 Hour Daytime or City Lights Sail takes place on The Shearwater, an 80 year old classic schooner, often referred to as NY's finest landmark and a throwback from the Gatsby era.
Daytime Sail Details - Sails Monday thru Saturday at 1230pm and 245pm and Sunday at 200pm.
City Lights Sail Details - Sails Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 930pm.
The sail departs from Manhattan's North Cove Marina, located in Battery Park City. You get to enjoy the Manhattan skyline from spacious decks with lots of seating. Best of all, the sails are limited to 43 people, so overcrowding is never a problem here.
