Since 2000, Maribel has been pleasing connoisseurs with her unique collection of rare and delicate chocolates and confections at her retail boutique in Soho, New York. The evening consists of three parts:

• Part one guests learn a brief history of chocolate as well as its origin and how the bean to bar process work. Here Guests can Indulge with one of our chocolate cocktails (Hot Chocolate wih Cognac, Chocolate Raspberry Martini, White hot Chocolate and spiced rum, Spicy Iced Chocolate Margarita)

• In part two guests learn how to properly "taste", not "eat" chocolate. This is similar to a wine tasting only with chocolate. Through a sampling of some covertures (bars) from different regions of the world and of different cacao percentages, guests receive an understanding for the many personalities of cacao, As well as learn proper tasting techniques and how to differentiate quality chocolate from the rest.

• During the third and final part, guests taste a number of MarieBelle ganache with different beverages like teas, coffees, Wines and Spirits.
