Now that we're officially in spring season, it's time to celebrate the warmer weather with some of California's most avant-garde winemakers as they cook up a BBQ storm - with wine pairings - from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday March 30, 2016.
Grab your $45 ticket (a $55 value) to enjoy two hours of BBQ foods (sirloin steak, chicken & shrimp), cheese and charcuterie paired with some of the finest Californian wines. Winemakers from 14 of California's most cutting edge wineries will be on hand serving over 35 of their most vibrant vintages.
These wines however are not your standard Chardonnays or Cabernet Sauvignons. These vintages incorporate such esoteric grapes as Carignan, Valdiguie, Arneis, & Trousseau; whereby making wines that are vibrant, uber-fresh, and true to varietal.
