From Food Karma Projects - the producers of Pig Island, NYC Hot Sauce Expo & Brisket King of NYC - returns with another smash hit festival celebrating New Yorkers’ passion for eating and drinking outdoors: The CookOut NYC Memorial Day Weekend Party on the Pier.
This all-inclusive cookout will have you feasting on BBQ by Jimmy’s No. 43, lobster rolls from Luke’s Lobster, Harry Hawk Schnack Burgers, more than 10 craft beer options and much more.
However, that’s not all - there will be an additional specialty tasting station at each session. On Saturday, sample sliders from George Motz, Harry Hawk’s Schnack, Fleisher’s Craft Butchery, Jimmy’s No. 43, and veggie burgers from Bittergreen. On Sunday, indulge yourself at the Fish Fry station, featuring local and sustainably-sourced seafood by Sea2Table.
Taking place at Stuyvesant Cove Park, a lovely park sitting on the East River between 18th and 23rd Streets, the party will also feature expansive views of the water, North Brooklyn and Long Island City. This is one event that will have you loving your city just a little bit more.
