Integrative Bodywork Massage - Using deeply relaxing Swedish strokes, along with invigorating yogic stretching, passive limb movement, acupressure, trigger point therapy, connective tissue therapy, and reflexology to name a few; Alex helps guide his clients on a journey towards greater awareness of their bodies and balance in their lives.
Traditional Swedish Massage - is a traditional massage modality which employs effleurage (stroking) and percussion techniques.
