Classic Swedish Massage - uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients.
Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
Hot Stone Massage - This exotic treatment involves classic Swedish style stokes accompanied by heated basalt lava stones. The oiled stones glide along your tired, sore muscles, reinvigorating and rejuvenating your mind as well as your body.
Aromatherapy Massage - Uses essential aromatherapy oils to target whatever the customer is seeking, whether it is a relaxing massage they seek, or rather one to work out tension/pain. Aromatherapy oils are thought to have healing powers.
