Your collagen eyelash perm uses eyelash rollers and perm location to curl the eye lashes. Then immediately following a neutralizer lotion and collagen conditioner are applied. The collagen conditioner will makes the lashes look bigger, healthier and shiner and lasts for 2 months. Following this 45 minute procedure, you will be given a collagen eye mask to be placed on your eyes for 30 minutes; you will immediately see the reduction of eye bags, dark circles and dullness.
