Prepare to get pozole-d up with irresistible stews and drool-worthy bites from an incredible lineup of chefs, including Michelin-approved heavyweights like Luis Arce Mota of Le Cordon Bleu and Bouley fame, Cosme Aguilar of Casa Enrique, Iván Vazquez of Eater favorite Mayahuel, and Ivan Garcia of Mesa Coyoacan.
You'll also soak up 120+ expressions of agave spirits, from smooth mezcal to tantalizing tequila, sotol, and beyond, sample premium pours from some of the most sought-after labels, including El Jolgorio, Real Minero, Del Maguey, and Flor del Desierto. Curated by mezcal maestro Arik Torren and Forbes-acclaimed Chef Danny Mena of Blue Hill & The Modern fame, this tasting journey will have you raising a glass to every drop!

Brought to you by the culinary masterminds behind Brisket King and Ciderfeast, Food Karma Projects has cooked up another all-inclusive feast for the senses. Think crisp autumn air, unlimited sips, and live DJ beats setting the stage for you to dive into bowl after bowl of pozole.
A soul-warming Mexican stew brimming with hominy, tender meats, and any toppings your heart can fathom, this versatile dish will be whipped up into a creative frenzy by amazingly talented chefs, with past pozole creations featuring decadent twists like crab, porchetta, lobster, and braised short rib, giving you a delicious preview of what's in store.
But it’s not just about the pozole! There will also be a smorgasbord of other tequila-friendly eats, from hot sauces to ice cold paletas from La Newyorkina. The music will play, your taste buds will dance, and you'll also be raising funds for City Harvest, who will rescue millions of pounds of food and deliver it for free to hundreds of food pantries, soup kitchens, and other community food programs.
And let’s not forget the sips! With three full hours to sample a staggering array of mezcals, tequilas, wines, beers, and more, you’ll be raising your glass again and again to an epic Thursday night of pozole, pours, and pure fiesta fun!
