Brought to you by the culinary masterminds behind Brisket King and Ciderfeast, Food Karma Projects has cooked up another all-inclusive feast for the senses. Think crisp autumn air, unlimited sips, and live DJ beats setting the stage for you to dive into bowl after bowl of pozole.
A soul-warming Mexican stew brimming with hominy, tender meats, and any toppings your heart can fathom, this versatile dish will be whipped up into a creative frenzy by amazingly talented chefs, with past pozole creations featuring decadent twists like crab, porchetta, lobster, and braised short rib, giving you a delicious preview of what's in store.
But it’s not just about the pozole! There will also be a smorgasbord of other tequila-friendly eats, from hot sauces to ice cold paletas from La Newyorkina. The music will play, your taste buds will dance, and you'll also be raising funds for City Harvest, who will rescue millions of pounds of food and deliver it for free to hundreds of food pantries, soup kitchens, and other community food programs.
