You'll even get a chance to eat, meet the chefs, and explore an hour before GA ticketholders!
In addition to juicy creations by returning chefs like Anthony Scerri of Smoke Sweats and Robert Austin Cho of Kimchi Smoke, expect newbies like Blue Smoke, (Best Traditional Brisket Winner at Brisket King), Hometown BBQ, Thai treats from Kam Rai Thai, Jamaican Jerk BBQ by Sands Jerk Hut, Indonesian flavors by Taste of Surabaya, not to mention a lineup of firefighter chefs & competitive bbq chefs.
