Multiple courses of ethereal fare will begin with a succession of canapés from L'Amico, helmed by Michelin & New York Times-renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel, followed by a multi-course sit-down dinner crafted with passion by kitchen icons, with past chefs including Eric Simeon of the 2 Michelin-starred Aquavit, as well as James Beard Award winner & Le Bernadin-alum Michael Laiskonis, and Pierre Thiam of Teranga who recently cooked for Bill Gates!

An undisputed highlight of New York City's autumn social calendar, The Annual Chefs for Impact Gala assembles stars of the culinary world and a crowd of compassionate philanthropists. All proceeds benefit Impact Network, a non-profit providing quality education to 6,000 students in rural Zambia.
Chefs from some of New York's best restaurants will prepare a signature dish, showing off their kitchen prowess while playing to the palate of eager epicureans. Think rare, astonishingly flavor-packed ingredients assembled into works of edible art.
Mix and mingle over cocktails and some stunning canapés by critically-acclaimed Chef Laurent Tourondel, with past standouts including African Tacos, Roasted Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with hazelnuts, grapefruit, preserved lemon and ginger, and more, all the while delighting in the great company and the intro to what flavorful nosh lies ahead.
Next up, you'll take your seat as a dreamy dinner consisting of multiple courses showcases the full range of each chef's repertoire. From years past, guests enjoyed delights such as Grilled Chicken Yassa with caramelized onion lime confit & olives over jollof fonio, as well as Beet Carpaccio studded with ricotta cheese, orange, and pistachio dukkah.
A sweet finish to an otherworldly supper (complete with a live and silent auction of coveted prizes!) will translate into desserts such as Coconut Sponge with ube cream, jackfruit, palm seeds, and toasted coconut - but not before taking advantage of the 3.5 Hour Premium Open Bar to balance each bite.
