Like all the finer things in life, eating at a sushi restaurant comes at a premium so why not learn to make your own sushi with Simon Feil who has been making sushi for over 12 years.
During this two hour class Simon will provide you with a hands on approach to making sushi, showing you everything from how to cut the fish, make the rice and roll your mat! Learn how to fill a roll with a wide range of delights such as tuna, vegetables and more.
Finally, wash your awesome food down with two free alcoholic drinks of your choice!

Simon Feil is a chef/educator living in NYC. He has taught groups of 2-200 and has been a recurring guest on Martha Stewart Living Radio.
The class will run for 2 hours, during which you can expect to make and eat approximately 20 pieces of awesome sushi, washed down with two awesome free alcoholic cocktails! All ingredients are provided and you even get to take home your sushi mat! Here's a review of one of the classes!
