PHD Rooftop Terrace is intently designed to seamlessly flow between the outdoor deck and indoor lounge.
Inspired by a luxe penthouse, the 15th floor focuses on green, gold and wood tones anchored by a three dimensional custom gold ceramic tile bar and lined with brown leather banquets.
The 16th floor resembles an amplified penthouse patio, offering guests an option to imbibe al fresco with spectacular views of Times Square and Midtown Manhattan.
Christmas Eve's programming will include a line up of DJs, and of course, the first hour of drinks will be on the house!
